I wasn’t always able to handle it health-wise, but I loved going out at night to get a snack on the roadside.
There was one place in the far South of 广东 (Guangdong) that I particularly liked:
March 9th 2006. 湛江 (Zhanjiang).
Maybe the best stir-fried eggplant ever.
