family
My great-uncle gave me an old pair of pants and some rubber boots the other day, then he asked me to follow him outside. It was raining just a little from the side, and there was a heap of gravel out on his front yard that had to be moved to the back of the house.
We went to work.
One large heap of gravel.
Shovel, bucket, step. Shovel, bucket, step.
Two small heaps of gravel – one growing, one shrinking.
Shovel, bucket, step. Shovel, bucket, step.
One large heap of gravel.
We didn’t talk much.
When we were done, my great-uncle lit his cigar, smiled and said: “thank you.”
I knew it was me who should have thanked him.

Hi,
How are you there in the wilderness. Are you stucked to the last place?
I can understand that you have to stay there for a while when its wintertime. I think it will take more than two years to reach home?
How about three….never mind. Just keep on walking…
