Sunday, August 10th, 2008day 276: [北京 (Beijing)] = 0km
We hung out for a while, then we finally went to the market:
There was so much fun stuff to buy:
I even got a new pair of flip-flops - possibly the best I’ve ever had - at a bargain price of only 15rmb!
…
When we went out for our last dinner that night, it was raining:
In fact, it was pouring.
Actually, the whole city seemed completely drowned in some kind of colossal rains:
We arrived at the restaurant very late and then ordered our way straight through the Southeast Asian menu:
What a tasty and pleasant last supper - although something in me was hurting a little when we finally decided to go home.
Maybe it was my stomach? Maybe it was my heart?
Robozwerg says:
“Maybe many of you don’t know, but 4400 people disappeared during the last century and have now reappeared with special skills to save the planet! It’s incredible but true, I swear!”
