pancakes
Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008day 257: 疏勒河 (shulehe) - 布隆吉 (bulongji) = 42,4km
It was a long yet easily winding road:
We were able to fill up on cold beverages in little places along the way:
Since we were hauling too many water melons and one of them was just about to go bad, we decided to drop it right there:
Almost as much fun as eating!
We were still in the river delta northwest of 玉门 (yumen), so everything around us remained fertile and green:
There were people outside doing their things:
One time we had to cross an underpass that suffered from some kind of water leakage:
It was pretty disgusting, and our poor poor Robozwerg got his feet all wet.
The rest of the way…
…was easy…
…as pie…
…or pancakes.
I could have killed for a pancake.
Robozwerg says:
“…you really don’t want to know what kind of stuff was in that water.”
