My hotel sucked - big time.
I think the least I could have expected was some warm water in the shower.
Grrrrr…
So anyways I walked around the place today, went to the market:
Looked here and there:
Waited for things to come into place:
Then I went to a certain “青龙山” (Mount Qinglong):
Some folks were doing Buddhist chants in the park, so I took another video:
Then I ran into 61-year-old 李先生 (Mr. Li), a retired officer from the PLA:
We walked around together for a while, he showed me the different temples, many of which were undergoing reconstruction:
Among all the sites he pointed out, I found this one the most fascinating:
The old city wall, they say it’s from the Western Han-Dynasty (西汉 206BC - 9AD).
…
Another thing - many people have been talking about weird colorful phenomena in the sky lately, especially before the earthquakes.
Well, here is a little one that I saw yesterday at 2pm:
14:04, to be precise.
